INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION YOU NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT TO SHOP
We make the checkout process as easy as possible for you for both your first and future shops. You will need to create an account to shop with us, but if you don’t already have one you can easily create one during the checkout process by simply creating a password and email. We will then store your details to make future purchases super quick and easy.

PayPal If you choose to pay through PayPal (or with a credit card through PayPal's Guest Checkout feature), you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page and then back to confirm the order.
HOW DO YOU KNOW THE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULL
All successful transactions are followed up by a confirmation email in your inbox. You can also view all orders and their statuses under My Account > My Orders. Read more about Order Tracking here.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Tracking your order is simple. Just go to My Account > My Orders to view the status of all your previous orders. For more details, click ‘view’ next to the specific order you would like to check. and you can check your order at 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' menu.
Customers can follow the result of searching request in very easy way. The step is started from input item number which show on your receipt, then slide button.
Normally, you should receive your items within 2-5 working days for orders within Thailand, and 10-15 working days for international orders. Occasionally, there may be unforeseen delays due to the products being stocked outside of MADWORKS. If you have not received your products within 7 working days of placing the order, please contact our customer care team with your Order # and we will chase up the order status with our courier straight away.
Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?
No, all sales are final. Please make sure you review your purchase carefully before submitting a payment.
I ordered the wrong size, can you exchange it for another size?
No, please make sure you look at your order CAREFULLY before checking out, we are not responsibile for your mistake.
I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?
Yes, if you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email MADWORKSBKK@GMAIL.COM with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.
When do you guys restock the webstore?
Restocks may or may not happen with certain items. Any notification of a restock will be posted on the facebook
